Time-tested technology provides three-dimensional Vibro-Energy motion for all SWECO Finishing Mills. This motion subjects parts and media to a consistent high-frequency tilting movement as they travel in a helical/orbital path around the chamber. The resulting compressive scrubbing action cleans and also removes burrs, round sharp corners, and smooths out surface impressions. Because vertical/horizontal amplitudes and the rate of vibration are completely adjustable, your finishing requirements can be handled quickly and efficiently.

Batch Mills

Sweco Batch Vibratory Tumblers | Precision Finishing Inc.

The Batch Series contain mills with capacities ranging from 1.2 to 20 cubic feet. That's 360 to 6,000 pounds of load capacity. These mills can process parts as large as 30 inches long. There is an open top for visual inspection or parts retrieval without stopping the process, and there is no transmitted vibration to the floor. Additionally, they have a higher capacity per horsepower than other types of vibrating units.

Long Radius Mills

They also have special features for low noise operation and minimum vibration transfer to the floor. The series has an improved internal parts/media separation system that installs quickly for faster unloading.

The Batch Series provides both batch automatic and continuous finishing, depending on the process requirements.
