STENNER PUMPS |
Classic Double Head Pumps
Stenner Classic pumps are controlled by an adjustment ring, decreasing or increasing flow. These pumps are well suited to Accelerated Surface Finishing processes, waste treatment, and process requiring tight flowrate and concentration accuracy.
Similar to the other models in the Classic series, the Double Head Adjustable Output Pump will dose solutions such as sodium hypochlorite, acid, polyphosphates, biocides for common water treatment applications that include disinfection, pH control, corrosion and scale control, oxidation and sanitization. This pump series provides twice the output for large Commercial Pool and Aquatic Facilities or Water and Wastewater treatment plants. The pump can also inject two compatible solutions at the same ratio. The Classic Series double head adjustable output pump is built the same way as the single head adjustable with the addition of another pump head that doubles the output.
OVERVIEW
HOW IT WORKS
The output is determined by three factors; the rpm of the motor gears, the setting on the feed rate control and the pump tubes in both heads. The feed rate control has an external dial ring that is labeled L to 10 offering an adjustable output of 5% to 100% in 2.5% increments.
UNIQUE FEATURES
Interchangeable pump heads and tubes to convert one model to another without having to purchase a new pump.
Easy and fast tube replacement without tools with the QuickPro® pump head.
The pump is built with three detachable components; the motor, feed rate control and the pump head that can be separated without tools.
SUB SERIES
The 100 and 170 models are two sub-series within the Classic Series Double Head Pumps (Adjustable and Fixed) and below is a summary of the primary differences in the Adjustable.
100 Series Adjustable
26 rpm
0.3 to 20.0 gpd up to 100 psi max.
(1.1 to 75.7 lpd up to 6.9 bar max.)
0.3 to 100.0 gpd up to 25 psi max.
(1.1 to 378.5 lpd up to 1.7 bar max.)
170 Series Adjustable
44 rpm
0.5 to 34.0 gpd up to 100 psi max.
(1.9 to 128.7 lpd up to 6.9 bar max.)
0.5 to 170.0 gpd up to 25 psi max.
(1.9 to 643.5 lpd up to 1.7 bar max.)
OUTPUT
NOTE: Injection check valve included with pumps rated 100 psi (6.9 bar) maximum.
NOTICE: The information within this chart is solely intended for use as a guide. The output data is an approximation based on pumping water under a controlled testing environment. Many variables can affect the output of the pump. Stenner Pump Company recommends that all metering pumps undergo field calibration by means of analytical testing to confirm their outputs.
